Refund & Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

How it works: email support@planetalpha.shop with your order number and the reason. We send you the return instructions within 24 business hours.

Once we receive and check the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If the item arrives faulty or wrong, the return is fully on us and we immediately send a replacement or a full refund.
