Terms of Service

By purchasing from Planet Alpha you accept these terms. All prices are in EUR and include taxes where applicable; any shipping cost is shown clearly before payment.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a product is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders. Images and mockups are for illustration purposes and the real color may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Any dispute is governed by the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
